We are looking for a nice new tenant for our dream apartment who appreciates the apartment and the location just as much as we do.
Why are we moving out of paradise?

We have family planning and have found a beautiful maisonette in the center of Grüningen, which is more affordable as a sole earner and is within walking distance to the school.

Adletshusen is located by the nature reserve of Lützelsee and is a small farming village that belongs to the municipality of Grüningen.

Highlights of the apartment:

Beautiful and large open kitchen with kitchen island. The heart of the apartment offers enough space for cooking and baking and storage for supplies or kitchen machines.

Living area with Swedish stove: For romantic and cozy hours for two.

Balcony with a wide view: Enjoy the wonderful distant view of Lützelsee from the sunny balcony or from the room window.

Two identically sized bedrooms on the upper floor: Plenty of space, e.g. as a hobby room, studio, or bedroom.

Bathroom: Equipped with shower, bathtub, toilet, and a private washing tower.

Upper floor: The apartment has a separate storage room with sliding door, with fixed rails to hang clothes with hangers and with storage space.

A single room is next to the living room with a view of the courtyard/garden.

The apartment includes a private cellar from which you can access the underground garage by stairs.

If needed, two underground parking spaces are available for CHF 140 each, a motorcycle parking space costs CHF 50. Bicycle stands are also available.

Since Adletshusen has no direct public transport connection, mobility is a must here. The bus stop Grüningen in Haufland or the train station in Bubikon can be reached by bike in about 10-15 minutes.

The apartment is not a family apartment, as it is considered a place of peace/retreat and you cannot play in the courtyard garden.

Pets are only allowed with the landlord's consent:
Cats are allowed, but no cat door/ladder may be installed. No dogs are desired for this apartment.
Reptiles are prohibited.

Depending on the situation, moving in a few days before the end of October is also possible. We are looking to empty the apartment by mid-October and then clean it.
