As I am going on a trip, I am renting out my 1-room apartment in Breitsch from the beginning of February to the end of June 2026. The exact dates can be defined after consultation.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk to the Breitenrain and Breitfeld stops. Alnatura, Denner, Coop, and Migros can also be reached within a maximum of 3 minutes. Pizzeria and Gelateria are right at the doorstep😋

The apartment has a large "main room", a lockable kitchen, bathroom, balcony, laundry room with dryer in the basement, and a cellar compartment for shared use.

The apartment is rented out fully furnished.

Since I have many plants, I rely on the person subletting to have at least some green thumb and take good care of them!
