The house was built with good construction quality and in 2023 various renovations/alterations were carried out in the apartments. On the ground and first floor, there is a retail space. The staircase to the apartments is located on the east side of the house. This is accessible from Bahnhofstrasse via a small connecting road behind the house. In addition to the retail space, there is a 1.5-room apartment on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the house has a 3.5-room apartment and a studio. On the 2nd floor and attic, there is a large maisonette attic apartment. In the basement, there is the general laundry room for the two small apartments. The house is centrally located near Stedtli-Zentrum with shopping, parking, bank, and pharmacy, and in a few steps, you are at Interlaken West train station. The studio on the upper floor is free and can be taken over by arrangement. The apartment does not come with a fixed parking space. However, parking spaces in the Stedtli-Zentrum are regularly available for rent. It is rented out to a maximum of one person.
