The apartment and the property have the following features:

• Before moving in, the apartment will be freshly painted and a new oak parquet will be laid or the existing parquet will be sanded and resealed.
• The kitchen and the two bathrooms were renovated in 2011.
• Tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms
• 2 bathrooms (bath/WC and shower/WC)
• Open and large living room
• Cozy balcony
• Built-in wardrobes and intercom system available.
• The property has a lift (intermediate landings) and a cozy outdoor area with a children's playground.
• In 2021, photovoltaic systems were installed on the roof of the property. Thus, you benefit from the electricity from your own roof!

The rent for the apartment is CHF 1,410.00 including additional costs. The share certificate (rental deposit) amounts to CHF 4,000.00.

Due to our occupancy regulations, only applications with at least 3 people can be considered.
