The living area is 78 m2 plus 8 m2 balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The washing tower (washing machine and dryer) is shared with the other tenants in the basement. The apartment has a very large attic (access via retractable ladder) and a small additional storage room, which is very easily accessible. On the 1st floor lives a very pleasant person, the other parties on the ground floor are quiet businesses (tattoo, foot care). The parking spaces are in the courtyard and cost 80.- per month. There is also a lockable bike storage room, which can be used free of charge. The location is very central, bus stop only 1 min. away. Kempten train station is also reachable in just 3 minutes on foot. The Denner is located directly next to the building and other shopping options (Migros, Volg, Coop, etc.) are reachable within a short time. The apartment was last renovated in the summer of 2022. Since the building is overall old, it does not have an elevator and is rather noisy, which is why it is important to observe quiet times. In addition, cable television is not possible, only Wi-Fi and Smart TV (e.g. Netflix, etc.) can be installed. The utility cost flat rate includes everything, including electricity. Thus, there are no additional costs besides the 1700.- Currently, there is a caretaker, so only the apartment and the own entrance area, at the staircase must be kept clean.
