I am looking for a tenant who can take over my lease from 01.06.2025 in this beautiful 2.5-room apartment. It is located in the second row of houses, so it is very quiet and nature is very close with the Hönggerberg and Werdinsel island with the Limmat river just a short walk away. Grocery stores are also around the corner and tram 13 stops right outside the door and goes directly to the main station.

I will leave most of my furniture there, so please only contact me if you can take over the furniture. I will only take my desk, mattress, the cupboards in the kitchen and the cupboard in the living room.

It is also possible to move in a few days earlier, we can organize ourselves.

For the landlord to accept you, you need a permanent employment contract in Switzerland and a maximum of two people are allowed in the apartment.
