From October 1st or by arrangement, we are renting a beautiful, bright 4-room apartment on the 3rd floor. It impresses with a thoughtful room layout, built-in wardrobes (hallway and office/guest room) as well as a generous balcony with a great view of the city garden. The apartment will be freshly painted upon moving in and all rooms (except kitchen & bathroom) will be equipped with parquet flooring. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The city garden is available for all tenants and has a barbecue area, a lounge, and a table tennis table.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and is still well connected: In just a few minutes on foot you can reach the 20 bus, the 9 tram, Wankdorf train station, and various shopping options.
