The house "Chasa Tasna" is located in a central location in Scuol, a picturesque village in the Lower Engadine. The location of the apartments in Scuol is ideal for those seeking a quiet and nature-oriented environment. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, ensuring relaxed and disturbance-free living, while the town center is easily accessible. The apartments offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. At the same time, various shopping opportunities, restaurants, and public transport are within a few minutes' walk. Overall, the location of the apartment offers a perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to the center.
Equipment
The apartments throughout the property have identical equipment in various sizes. The white kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, such as refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. In the wet rooms, the floors and walls are covered with white tiles, making the bathroom appear bright. All wet rooms have showers, sinks, and toilets. All apartments have large wooden windows that let in plenty of natural light and provide a good view of the surroundings. The flooring is made of a beige linoleum covering that has proven to be very robust and easy to maintain and combines well with wood. It is worth mentioning that all tenants benefit from an existing Wi-Fi access available in the house.
Garden Apartments
The garden apartments are located on the ground floor of the building. All three garden apartments have different floor plans, which can be seen in the plans. Each of the apartments has direct access to the garden. Due to the direct access to the outdoor area, the apartments are particularly suitable for families with children or pets. Generally, the apartments consist of a bright living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, a kitchen with dining area, a cozy bedroom, and a bathroom.
Parking Spaces
If needed, an outdoor, covered, or underground parking space can be rented for CHF 50, 80, or 110 per month. The various parking options of the property offer a safe way to park your vehicle.
Cellar / Storage Rooms
Each of the apartments has its own cellar compartment including light and power connection. In addition to the individual cellar compartments, there is also a large ski and a separate bike room available to tenants. This provides another safe and practical storage space. Tenants also have access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
