Description: The extremely bright and spacious 4.5 room apartment on the 3rd floor is located in a preferred and very quiet area in Pratteln. The apartment has two balconies. One adjoins the living room on the sunny garden side and the smaller balcony is accessible from the kitchen (street side). The street (30 zone) is hardly trafficked.
The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2023 and has received a modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have parquet flooring. The floors in the bathroom and kitchen are covered with bright, friendly tiles.
In the bathroom, there is a private washing tower (washing machine + dryer) available. The property has an elevator.
Vehicles: Parking spaces (CHF 120.- per month) or parking lots (from CHF 50.- per month) are available upon request / in exceptional cases, a waiting list is maintained.
Fiber optic / TV connection: Both connections are available. The TV connection is currently sealed, so these costs (CHF 130.-/year) are not included in the advance payments. Costs only arise upon activation. The fiber optic connection is included in any case.
