The apartment is available from 15.07.25 or by arrangement. It is in a roughly 100-year-old farmhouse. There are a total of three apartments in the house.
The expansion is simple. Own washing machine and dishwasher are available.
The apartment is suitable for one to three people. Children and pets are welcome!
The large sun terrace (16m2) with direct access to the private garden (approx. 50m2) is located on the south side and is quiet, almost directly in front of fields. In fine weather the Alps are visible. (If someone does not want a garden, that is possible.)
In the living room there is a fire-heatable bench from 1908.
The studio (35m2) can be used in many ways and is accessible via two external steps.
An outdoor parking space and an electric charging station are available.
Since it is a wooden house, smoking is NOT allowed in the house.
The bus stop is approx. 100m from the house. The S-Bahn station (S3 Belp-Biel) can be reached in 3km.
The apartment is NOT suitable for people who are sensitive to noise: It is an old house, which, although renovated, still does not have the same sound insulation as new buildings. Currently, a shared flat with young people lives on the 1st floor. The night's rest is observed by all residents.
The apartment is located on the north side with a large room (25m2) on the cantonal road. This room is relatively dark. The windows are extra soundproofed.
