We unfortunately have to leave our beautiful apartment in Horgen by the lake for professional reasons and are therefore looking for new tenants as soon as possible.
The apartment and the house were completely renovated in early 2025.
The apartment offers a high-quality (really beautiful!) parquet floor, a small balcony, a large bathroom with a luxurious shower, a private washing tower, and is very practically designed. The proximity to the lake is really great (about 50m, 1min), whether for walking, jogging, or swimming in the summer. The central location in Horgen is also worth mentioning; about 4 minutes on foot to the train station (therefore also excellent for commuters) with shopping opportunities right there.
Also included is a large cellar compartment that offers plenty of storage space.
A private parking space directly in front of the house must initially be taken over (150CHF/month) and can be canceled if needed in March 2026.
