From August 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are renting a 3.5-room apartment in the immediate vicinity of Winterthur main station.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house and has three spacious rooms, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, and refrigerator, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate toilet, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. A private attic with direct access from the apartment is also included.

The 4-family house is located directly at the Winterthur old town and is thus only a few steps from Winterthur main station, various shopping opportunities, and schools.
