Since I have to cancel my signed contract before moving in, I am looking for a new tenant for this beautiful 3.5 room apartment in the heart of Horw with a view of the Pilatus. The apartment has not yet been inhabited and is available from 01.10.2025. A private storage room (150 chf / month), where a washing tower can be installed (it is not possible in the apartment) must be rented additionally.
