Since I have to terminate my signed contract before moving in, I am looking for a new tenant for this beautiful 3.5 room apartment in the heart of Horw with a view of the Pilatus. The apartment has not yet been inhabited and is available from 01.10.2025. Additionally, a private storage room can be rented for Fr. 150.00/month, where a washing tower can be installed (this is not possible in the apartment itself). The storage room is located directly next to the entrance door of the apartment on the 3rd floor.
