In the quiet yet city-close Säli district in Lucerne, we rent in a multi-family house from July 1st or by agreement a newly renovated 1-room studio in the 1st basement. The unfurnished studio has a large room with laminate flooring, a modern small kitchen and bathroom with toilet / bathtub. A small utility room is located directly in front of the apartment entrance door.

A laundry room, tumbler and drying room are available for shared use. There is a lift in the house.

Public transport and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Parking spaces are currently not available.
