I'm looking for a subtenant for my cozy room in our great 3-person shared apartment, as I'll be spending a semester abroad. The sublease would be from August until the end of the year, but I'm flexible with the exact dates.
The room is spacious and comes with a private bathroom including a shower and toilet. The apartment itself is very modern (built in 2023) and has two balconies. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, with an 8-minute ride to Lucerne train station.
