We are renting our beautiful, modern basement apartment starting from January 1, 2026 until at least March/April 2026 (by arrangement).
The bright 2.5-room apartment is located in a well-kept two-family house and is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. It includes:

• a living room with dining area and open kitchen
• one bathroom
• a hallway
• state-of-the-art built-in air conditioning in the living and bedroom for cooling + heating

From the living area, you can directly access your own garden terrace with a cozy lounge.
Included services:

• All additional costs (electricity, water, internet, stairwell cleaning, general fees)
• Smart TV including Netflix
• Outdoor parking directly in front of the house
• If needed: own mailbox/bell
• Towels and bed linen on request

Additionally, a washing machine and a dryer are available for shared use in the basement.
Notes:

• Pets are not allowed
• The apartment is intended for a maximum of 2 persons
• This is exclusively a temporary rental until at least April 2026
