I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Siebnen. It is a quiet 2.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a modern building with an elevator in Siebnen. The apartment is 58 m² in size and was freshly painted a year ago.
The apartment offers:

- Separate dining area: With wooden floor, cozy atmosphere, and windows with a beautiful view
- Private balcony: Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view
- Parking space: Parking possibility directly at the building (optional and not included in the rent)
- Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher
IMPORTANT
Since I will be moving abroad, a large part of the furniture must be taken over. The cost for the takeover is CHF 4,000. The following are affected: bed frame with slatted frame, sofa, desk (height adjustable), TV stand, Kallax shelf, lamps, dining table, chairs, curtains, and lamps (total value: CHF 4,700). Only new tenants who are willing to take over the furniture can be considered.
Location and surroundings: The apartment is located in a quiet area and is still well connected. The Siebnen-Wangen train station is a 5-minute walk away. Coop and the VOI supermarket are 10 minutes away on foot. The journey to Zurich HB takes 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the connection) and comes every 15 minutes.
Miscellaneous: There is a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers. The apartment has its own cellar compartment and a bicycle room.
