I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Siebnen. It is a quiet 2.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a modern building with an elevator in Siebnen. The apartment is 58 m² in size and was freshly painted a year ago.

The apartment offers:

Location and surroundings: The apartment is located in a quiet area and is still well connected. The Siebnen-Wangen train station is a 5-minute walk away. Coop and the VOI supermarket are 10 minutes away on foot. The journey to Zurich HB takes 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the connection) and runs every 15 minutes.

Miscellaneous: There is a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers. The apartment has its own cellar compartment and a bicycle room.

IMPORTANT
Since I will be moving abroad, smaller items need to be taken over (curtain, lamps, and flooring on the balcony, cost: CHF 600). I would also like to sell additional furniture cheaply to a new tenant if there is interest - it concerns a carpet and a shelf).
