The apartment is located in a quiet area in Zurich Witikon, surrounded by a lot of green space. Various shopping facilities are about 10 minutes walk away. Zurich main station as well as the University of Zurich and the ETH are 25 minutes away by bus. In addition to a large living room, the apartment offers a balcony, a storage room and a cozy kitchen with dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the basement without a fixed washing schedule.
