Hello everyone!

My name is Roger and I´m looking for someone to take over my lease starting approximately 1st of April. The exact moving date is somewhat negotiable. As stated in the title, it is a shared house but you will have 3 rooms for your own use.

About the house and living arrangements:
The kitchen is shared with 5 other people and your bathroom will be shared with two others. We do have a washing machine for common use.
We have a very big garden that we used to grow some of our own food.

Our house is well connected by public transport. It will take you 7 min by foot to the nearest train station and from there, you can expect to be at Zurich HB in 25 min.
Nevertheless, nature is not too far either. There is a small lake nearby, forest fields, everything an outdoorsy person would wish for.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a respectful person who will add to the little community we are currently building. Please be either conversational in German and English.
