DAS ZÜRICH AM BODENSEE
Enfilade apartment with 160.0 m² and 5 rooms
The apartment reconstruction is characterized by the massive oak parquet in the Versailles pattern of the long east-west enfilade to the garden and the north-south enfilade to Mariabergstrasse, as well as the herringbone parquet in the corridor.
The walls are framed with original framed paneling or profiled wainscoting and are equipped with spacious cupboards and frieze doors. The woodwork is painted light and the walls are treated with white plaster. The existing ceiling friezes made of gypsum or fine lime plaster have ceiling-flush built-in curtain rails. The kitchen is reconstructed with the original tile coverings made of stoneware and glazed ceramics.
The kitchen built-in cupboards consist of oak frames with resin-coated doors; work surface, stove and sink made of brushed chrome steel. The bathroom has a glass mosaic in various shades of green and is directly illuminated via the loggia; while the original children's bathroom has a window to the garden and is equipped with a long heating coil for drying bath towels.
The apartment entrance also consists of a filigree frieze door with a key plate and mirror, which opens into the bright balcony antechamber.
The apartment is ideally suited for a family with children.
For a personal on-site meeting, I am gladly at your disposal.
