I am looking for a new tenant for my bright 4.5 room apartment with a practical layout. The apartment is centrally located and you can reach the bus stop, several shopping options, or the highway in just a few minutes. There are windows on three sides, making the apartment very bright. In the kitchen and on the small balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. From the large balcony, you can see part of the Pilatus. The bedroom is spacious at around 16m2, the other two rooms are slightly smaller and are well suited as an office or similar. In the two smaller rooms, there is a two-door built-in wardrobe. Additionally, there is a practical storage room in the apartment (not shown in the photos). The building has a large garage where you can rent a parking space for CHF 120 per month. Charging stations for electric cars have recently been installed. There is no floor plan, I estimate the size of the apartment to be about 60-70m2 excluding balconies.
The apartment is ideal for you if you want to start a new household. For my new home, I need different furniture, which is why I would like to leave most of the furniture & furnishings here and hand them over to the new person. Since there is no elevator in the building, moving in will be significantly easier for you. All furniture is three years old and in good to like-new condition.
PEOPLE WHO WANT TO TAKE OVER THE FURNISHINGS WILL BE CLEARLY PREFERRED. In particular, the furniture should be taken over. If you are interested, I can also leave you other items such as towels, rugs, dishes, and various decorative items. Everything can be taken over EXCEPT: bed, children's furniture, 2 white dressers, 2 white desks, shelf in the office.
The move-in date is a suggestion; it can also be a few days later or on January 1, 2026.
