I'm going on a long trip and would like to sublet my cozy apartment from August 16th to September 16th, 2025. It will remain furnished, and the household can be used.
The location is very quiet, the view from the balcony into the green is very relaxing (attention, there is still a construction site opposite)
The dining area is separate in the extended hallway. Living and sleeping area is in one room.
Large kitchen and large bathroom.
Laundry room is for shared use in the basement.
Tram 3 and various buses are reachable in 2 minutes. Shopping is also reachable in 2 minutes.
