From 01.10.2025/15.10.2025 we are renting a bright, fully renovated 3-room apartment with two balconies on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained multi-family house. It is a non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is located in the city of Zurich, centrally in District 12. With public transport, you can reach the Irchel campus in just 8 minutes and the university hospital, university, and ETH in 18 minutes!
Before the rental begins, painting work (complete painting of walls and ceilings, complete painting of woodwork, radiators) will be carried out as well as electrical work.
The photos in the advertisement mostly show photos of another apartment of the same size and equally equipped.
In the bedrooms, living room, corridor, and kitchen of the offered apartment, there are exclusively tiled floors (see floor covering corridor photo).
