Under the Fürstenland Bridge in the agricultural zone near the Sitter, we have created a special architect's house. A beautiful new building has emerged, which nestles against the edge of the forest and is intended for nature lovers. The modern architecture in the Bauhaus style is likely to appeal to tenants who love a special living atmosphere. The interior design is kept understated in favor of the surroundings. The walls are made of raw concrete or white-painted bricks, and the floor (with heating) consists of a polished sealed flow screed with brown-beige pebbles. The grinding gives the floor a similar appearance to a terrazzo surface.
