The apartment is only a 7-minute walk from Schöftland AG train station. From there, you can reach Aarau in 25 minutes. There is a bike shelter and also a bike cellar in the underground garage. I would have to inquire about rental parking spaces with the administration.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The kitchen inventory is available for shared use. For you, there is a large bathroom with bathtub/washbasin/WC that is accessible from the corridor. This is also used as a guest bathroom. The balcony is about 3.5m x 3.5m and looks directly onto the Suhre stream. The lounge furniture with palm trees makes the idyll perfect.
The price for the room including additional costs is 700Fr. If you only live here part-time, we can arrange a reduction.

Now about me. I am 37 years old and a PLC programmer. In my free time, I cook and bake. I am a cheerful person who likes to look beyond the plate. I travel a lot in Switzerland as a service technician, but I also often fly to diving holidays.

To have company, I am exclusively looking for a flatmate, you should already be out of the worst party phase ?.
Order and cleanliness are very important to me, so I am looking for an upbeat woman who can also relate to these terms.
