Heating is provided by a modern air-water heat pump. Thanks to ZEV (joint self-consumption), you also benefit from inexpensive, self-produced solar power.
PETS
Keeping and bringing pets requires prior clarification and approval from the management.
Requirement:
Dogs:
Well-behaved, small to medium-sized with a maximum shoulder height of 59 cm. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. Dogs listed as "fighting dogs" unfortunately cannot be accepted. The requirement for pet approval is animal-friendly keeping and no free-roaming without a leash on the property.
Cats:
Maximum 2 cats per apartment. The installation of a cat net on the balcony and cat ladders is not permitted.
