The apartment on the upper floor is only used by the owner for a few weeks a year – for the most part, you have the chalet all to yourself.

Top location yet away from mass tourism: Reachable by car or gondola from Chur, ski lifts & toboggan run within walking distance. With enough snow, ski descent right to your doorstep. Lenzerheide and Churwalden reachable within 15 minutes drive. In winter: free parking directly at the ski lift (within walking distance to the chalet) during the day (08:30–17:00), as the short section from the ski lift to the house is closed during the day.
