Important requirements for the tenant:

• Language skills in spoken and written form (mandatory): German or English
• Consumption of smoking products/e-cigarettes exclusively on the balcony
• No seasonal rental
• No companies/societies/employers
• No subletting/loaning to third parties
• No family apartment
• No pets

Please note:

• Rent possible as a first or second home
• Maximum allowable occupancy: 1 person
• Occasional maximum occupancy for a short duration: 2 persons
• Rental deposit: 3 months' rent (payable upon contract signing)
• Spray extraction carpet at the end of the rental (payable in advance): CHF 150.-
• Return of the rental object at the latest 3 days before the end of the rental in the morning

Monthly rent upon completion of 12 months rental duration (retroactively): CHF 1,050.-

• Rent surcharge per month from December 2025 to April 2026: CHF 350.-
• Rent reduction per month from May 2026 to November 2026: CHF 250.-

Included in the monthly rent:

• Central heating
• Water/sewage
• General electricity

NOT included in the monthly rent:

• Electrical power in the rental object
• Waste base fee
• Tourist taxes when using the rental object as a second home

To be organized by the tenant:

• Mandatory textiles (mattress pads, shower curtain, dirt-catching mat)
• Bedding (duvet/pillow), laundry (bed, bath, kitchen)
• TV/radio/internet/telephone connection
