In our office in Kriessern, we are renting a 4.5 room old building apartment. The spacious kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances and there is space for a dining table. The bright living area is visually divided and has laminate flooring. On the living floor, there is the bathroom and the room area is equipped with a shower and toilet. The apartment is not child-friendly and pets are only allowed under certain conditions. A washing machine in the basement is available to all tenants. The rent is a flat rate and includes all additional costs as well as a reserved outdoor parking space. A tenant deposit of 2760.00 CHF is to be paid in advance.
