The exclusive loft hotel includes 12 loft rooms, 2 biker lofts, a tower suite, and a 330 m² loft with 2 bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms.

The so-called new building, which was converted between 2010 and 2012 and in which this loft is located, houses additional lofts, studios, a car parking garage, a tennis and event hall, a wellness and fitness area, as well as yoga and massage offerings.
