The apartment comes with a private bathroom, having a sink, a WC and a shower. A washing machine and a tumbler are available in the basement.
Each apartment in the building also has its own cellar compartment.
The price includes all costs, also electricity. No other cost needs to be paid (except the annual TV fee and an Internet line if you wish one).

I am looking for someone to move in on June 2nd. Exceptions could be made to extend the move-in period to no later than June 16th.
