• The entire apartment was renovated in 2022 (kitchen, bathroom/WC, separate WC, new floors, and the whole apartment was painted).
• Tiled floors in the kitchen, wet rooms, and corridor.

• Cozy and spacious balcony
• Built-in wardrobes available.
• The property does not have an elevator.
• A small but nice outdoor area with a children's playground.
• During the facade renovation in 2022, photovoltaic systems were also installed on the roof of the property. Thus, you benefit from electricity from your own roof!

The rent for the apartment is CHF 1,918.00 including additional costs. The share certificate (rental deposit) amounts to CHF 6,000.00.

Due to our occupancy regulations, only applications with at least 3 people can be considered.

4. You may view the apartment. The viewing will take place in the first half of October.
5. After your final decision and the review of references, you will receive an acceptance or rejection from us.
