From 01.09.2025, I am looking for a new tenant for this beautiful bright 3-room apartment, which is located close to the border and directly in the city center of Kreuzlingen.

The house is very well maintained, the neighborhood is friendly, and the community is therefore very pleasant.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house in immediate proximity to the Karussell shopping center as well as the popular pedestrian zone with various other shopping options, cafés, and service providers. Both the Hafen train station and the main train station in Kreuzlingen are quickly accessible. Despite the central location, the apartment is quietly situated and well connected to public transport.

On the ground floor of the house is the fashion store run by the very warm-hearted landlord and owner.
