In my 4.5 room apartment, 2.5-3 rooms are available for 1-2 people. From November 1st or earlier by arrangement.

The rooms are fully furnished.

The small room can be used together or only by me, depending on the agreement. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

The apartment is very centrally located (on foot)

• • less than 5 min to the lake and supermarket
• • 1 min to the bus stop Hauptplatz
• • 10 min to the train station

The apartment and the rooms are well equipped:

• • Kitchen with oven – cooking field – fridge and freezer – dishwasher – coffee machine, cutlery, dishes etc.
• • Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe – chest of drawers etc.
• • Living/working room with desk and sofa
• • Yoga, sports, guest room with mats, blocks, weights, Blackrolls, cushions etc. and air mattresses (for guests)
• • Large shared balcony with grill
• • Parking space
• • Washing machine (with coins) + drying room are shared with the other parties in the house
• • Storage cellar

The costs of the apartment are divided as follows:

• • Rent:

• o Commonly used rooms according to sqm 1:1 or 1:2 (depending on the number of people)

• o Self-used rooms according to sqm

• • Additional costs (gas, water etc.)

• o 1:1 or 1:2 (depending on the number of people)

• • Other costs (internet, Serafe and electricity)

• • The furniture and the parking space must be rented

The total costs for you are between 1,500-1,800 CHF depending on whether you are alone or together and whether we share the small room or not.

I am a 41-year-old sports scientist from Germany and have been in Switzerland for 5 years. On weekdays I work from home in the morning and then go out to work from 12:30 to 6 p.m. On weekends I work one day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the morning and evening I usually do yoga/meditation/breathing exercises in the small room. I usually cook/grill between 7-8 p.m.

You should be a relaxed, peaceful, and open-minded person, then we will surely get along well. With the previous roommates, I alternated cooking and eating together. We also did sports/yoga/meditation together. We can gladly continue that, but I am also satisfied if we just share the costs.

We always left the commonly used rooms clean and tidy, just as we would like to find them ourselves.
