I am subletting my fully furnished 3.5-room apartment from October 1, 2025 (or by arrangement) until at least February 28, 2026, as I will be traveling during this period.

The rent is CHF 1,500 per month, including all utilities and internet.

The apartment is fully furnished with a bedroom, living room, and all kitchen essentials. The left-hand room is empty, furnished only with a height-adjustable desk and a chair – ideal as a workspace or hobby room.

The location is very central and convenient:

• Bus stop Naters Tünnelstrasse within 4 minutes walking distance
• Brig train station approx. 20 minutes on foot
• Shops (Coop, Denner) only 5 minutes away on foot

The cellar is not available, as I use it for storing my belongings.
