From October 15 or by arrangement, we are renting our extraordinary maisonette apartment on Friedensgasse. The house is inhabited by a total of three tenants and is located on a side street with good public transport connections. The city center can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Rhine bank. Within walking distance, there are three public transport stops and thus 5 different tram and bus lines. The Euro-Airport and the Badischer Bahnhof can be reached in a quarter of an hour, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the SBB train station. The apartment with 195 m2 of living space and its 5.5 rooms was modernized a few years ago and offers all conceivable comfort. The nice garden in the courtyard can be used by the three tenants. It is desired that everyone also participates in its maintenance. A spacious cellar compartment is also included in the rent. This apartment is a gem, and we prefer non-smokers as tenants.
