The building is new, very well insulated and quiet.

Close to Muri (6km) for all shops and services (Coop, Migros, Lidl, gym, restaurants, etc). There is also a train station (Benzenschwil) 3km from the flat.

The location is ideal if you want the peace and quiet of the countryside without being isolated. By car, you are also not far from Zurich / Lucerne (~35min) as well as a number of large shops (Ikea, household appliances, Decathlon, etc.) about twenty minutes away.
