Very cozy, small city apartment with large windows and a beautiful view. The apartment is an old building that has been carefully and lovingly renovated. You can cook wonderfully on the gas stove - the best view of it is from the bar right in front, which is one of the highlights of the apartment.
Other gems include the small bathroom with exposed concrete and a light-flooded shower, thanks to a glass shower cabin. Additionally, either a cozy dining room or a study can be set up.
On foot, you can reach the train station in St. Gallen in a maximum of 10 minutes and the recreational area 3 Weieren in about 15 minutes.
The apartment includes a storage room. Washing is done in the basement without a washing plan, but there is usually plenty of space.
The only downside: the apartment has no balcony and no dishwasher. However, the garden seating area can be used as well. A compost is also available.
Another advantage: it is rented privately, which is very uncomplicated. Repair work is done promptly and the relationship is very warm.
For 150.-/month, a parking space in the underground garage right next door can be rented as well.
