We are looking for a new roommate for the first floor of an old town villa on the Goldenberg. The house has a total of 7.5 rooms with a living area of approx. 300 square meters. This includes a large garden with various seating areas. On the first floor, the large room (20.2 m2) with its own balcony will become available. The bathroom with a separate toilet is shared with the second person on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with a large dining and living room. In addition, there is a large shared basement in the basement with a workshop and office for home office as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for shared use. On the 2nd floor we live: Thomas, 37 years old, works at SRF as a cameraman and video editor and Eloy, 32 years old, works as a doctor at the University Hospital Zurich. We have been a couple for 6 years and have been living in the house on Rychenberg for over a year. In winter we like to be on skis, in summer we like to be in the air with our paragliders. Regischa, 24 years old, will move into the first floor from May 1st and runs her own cosmetics studio. The two additional roommates Rosie and Rocket are two cats who sleep almost all day in the living room and can also be found in the garden in good weather. We are looking for a person who values ​​a pleasant life together, likes to spend time together over dinner, but it's also okay if you retreat to your private rooms.
