By autumn 2026, three multi-family houses with a total of 59 high-quality rental apartments will be built in Wangen near Olten, on the quiet, nature-friendly edge of the village, offering the right home for every need and stage of life.
The residential concept focuses on spacious 2.5 to 4.5-room apartments that impress with their intelligent floor plans and plenty of daylight. From the balcony or garden seating area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lush green, traffic-calmed surroundings. In addition, the variably designed park area with play meadows and cozy benches invites you to relax and linger.
Particular emphasis was also placed on environmentally friendly solutions: The heat generation is provided by a brine-water heat pump, while the free cooling system ensures a pleasant indoor climate in summer.
For additional comfort, there are 75 parking spaces in the underground garage and a separate bike room.
