For rent by arrangement is a 1-room apartment in the center of Kriens.

Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a balcony and is therefore only rented as a NON-smoking apartment.

Pets are NOT allowed.

The apartment includes a small cellar compartment.

The shared laundry room (WM/TU) and the bike room offer enough space.

Unfortunately, we have NO parking spaces around the house.

However, parking spaces can be rented opposite (Schappe Center Kriens).

Requests for temporary rentals (Airbnb, etc.) will not be considered.
