I am looking for a new tenant for my 2.5 room apartment in the center of Lustmühle.

The small house offers parking options in the courtyard and the train station is reachable in 2 minutes. From there, you can quickly reach St. Gallen, Appenzell, or Herisau. Due to the elevated location on the 2nd floor and the orientation of the balcony to the southwest, you enjoy a lot of daylight and sun from the afternoon into the evening hours. The balcony also has a retractable sunshade.
