Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment or in the garden
Concierge: The tenant of the ground floor will be entrusted with the general supervision of the building, waste management,

CONDITIONS: This accommodation is intended for a small family, ideally a couple of young retirees,
careful, sensitive to the general atmosphere and respectful of the spirit of the place.
A clear interest in gardening, with the corresponding skills and availability,
is a sine qua non condition for the allocation of this accommodation.
Rent: CHF 1700.- per month plus additional costs (CHF 150.- per month, with annual settlement) including
shared use and maintenance of the house surroundings, partial shared use of the garden (vegetable garden), concierge duties.
Compensation to be agreed upon for ongoing garden maintenance.
Occasional special work in the garden will be paid on a case-by-case basis.
Lease: On the official form, according to the usual provisions.
Payment of a security deposit.
In the medium term, a fourth room could possibly be added to the apartment and the lease modified accordingly.
If necessary, a visit can be organized and the official rental application form completed, with all the necessary information.
