CONDITIONS: This accommodation is primarily intended for a couple of young retirees who are sensitive to the general atmosphere, tidy and respectful of the spirit of the place. A pronounced interest in gardening, with corresponding skills and availability, is a sine qua non condition for the allocation of this accommodation.
Rent: CHF 1700.- per month plus additional costs (CHF 150.- per month, with annual settlement) including shared use and maintenance of the garden around the house, partial shared use of the garden (vegetable patch), caretaker duties. Compensation to be agreed upon for the ongoing maintenance of the garden. Occasional special work in the garden will be paid on a case-by-case basis.
