Furnished 3-room 60m2 old building apartment with a view of Lake Zurich. Available for subletting from July 23 to the end of September 2025 (exact period flexible). Rent CHF 1,650 per month, all inclusive.
We are looking for someone to take good care of our apartment for two months. Water lovers, mountain goats, sailors, lake enjoyers, people looking for a view and quick access to the mountains while still wanting to be close to Zurich - this is your chance for a summer by the lake!

Old building - a bit of consideration for each other is needed

No car parking, but public parking a few minutes away

Grill and seating area for shared use in the garden by arrangement

Direct S-Bahn every half hour to Zurich, to the airport, to Zug and into the mountains (11 min to Zurich Enge, 18 min to Zurich HB, 30 min to Zurich Airport, 12 min to Zug from Horgen Oberdorf)
Ferry to Meilen (for cars, bikes, pedestrians)
4 min by car to the A3 motorway
Living in Horgen
Many public access points to the lakeshore between Horgen and Wädenswil, many places to swim and enjoy the sunset
4 min by bike to the lake bath Sportbad Käpfnach (heated 50m pool in the lake, storage space for SUP boards directly at the water, only CHF 60 for the season pass)
