A beautiful 3 ½ room newly built apartment with a view of Zurich Lake from each room. There is one large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (a bath and a shower), a large separate dining area and a terrace. You can enjoy magnificent views from the windows every day. Also, you can reach the lake in 5 minutes.
The apartment is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped. A lot of daylight comes into the rooms due to the large windows.
The apartment is on a quiet side street. It is a 5-minute walk from Horgen railway station and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. You can also access the highway A3 in 5 minutes by car. By railway or by car, you are in Zurich in 20 minutes. For groceries, Migros, Coop, and Lidl are within a 5-minute walking distance. Additionally, there is a Spar and a Coop Pronto near the railway station, which remain open until late and at weekends. There are many restaurants nearby.
My wife and I will be travelling for work from November 15, 2025, to March 15, 2026, and we are looking for a tenant for this specific period. We are looking to sublet to someone who will take good care of the apartment. Families are welcome.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Also, pets are not allowed.
