The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, two rooms, and a living room. The room for rent, furnished, has a window, and overlooks a residential area. The apartment is centrally located, about 20 minutes on foot from Zurich Main Station and five minutes on foot from the Lochergut area, very nice area. The closest station is Guterbahnhof (bus 31 and tram 8), but tram lines 2 and 3 and the Hardplatz train station are also just a 10-minute walk away.
This is a JUWO apartment, so you must check if you meet the criteria (registration is quite quick). Extension is not possible.
I'm Federico (29.) is leaving the apartment, he's searching for someone that could temporarily take over his room as I'm moving to another place. You will live with my roommate Alessia (23), master student at UZH. We looking for a female flatmate, student, suitable for JUWO criteria. Non-compliant applications will not be considered.
You'll get all my furniture, and I'll will get it back at the end after you leave (or you can buy something!), so you don't have to worry about getting rid of everything.
