In Lugano, 50 m from the station and a few minutes from the center, near the main services and public transport, we offer a studio apartment arranged as follows:
Kitchen (equipped with hood and two burners, minibar, sink and some pantry furniture), renovated bathroom with shower, furnished bedroom (with bed, bedside table, small built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers) and balcony.

Apartment available from September 1st.
No parking space is available.
The cost of the apartment is 700 CHF/month + 150 CHF/month for flat fees (no adjustment).
A deposit of 3 months' rent including an advance on expenses for a total of 2250 CHF via bank transfer is mandatory (deposit guarantee insurance is not accepted).
Minimum annual contract, after which cancellations are only allowed on March 30 and September 30 of each year with a minimum of 3 months' notice.
In case of students, a parent will be required as a guarantor.
No subletting or Airbnb is accepted.
It is not possible to install a washing machine in the apartment.
Pets are not accepted.

Cellars are available starting from 40 CHF/month.
There is a communal laundry with shifts, alternatively there is an automatic laundry 100m from the building.

To visit the apartment, you can make an appointment from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30.
